Up until last night I was an Oktoberfest virgin. The Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest event, which spans many venues across the area for 10 days straight, represents the largest Bavarian festival in North America.
And it was pretty awesome. Drinks are reasonably priced, and there’s good food, live music, and some sketchy carnival games to enjoy. More than that, it’s a good place to being a big group of friends any day of the week and drink openly.

Exploring the Concordia Club venue, there were multiple additional bars, with their own live bands, dance floors and bars, some more low key than others.
